The team installed our ring camera, tvs and Sonos system throughout our home. They take care of everything from brackets to downloading the apps needed. They also took their time to make sure everything was working correctly and that we knew how to operate the systems.
Superior Technologies is fantastic! Talon, Nick, and Nate were very accommodating. They did a great job with the install. We worked with Dakota from start to finish and he was very helpful as well.

Met with them at the start came back 4 and 1,2 hours later and they had all 5 camera;s installed and they found more efficinet routes to run wiring and you didnt see it.

I highly recommend Superior Technologies for any of your surveillance needs. They were awesome from start to finish! Dakota and Kaleb were very informative during their initial visit and site reconnaissance understanding our needs for a detailed proposal. Once we gave them the green light, Talon and Nate were on-site working expeditiously making sure we understood the system by answering all our questions. We are super happy with our new surveillance system!
We had to replace an old and dying system. Had multiple companies bid on them. Superior came in cheaper and for a better product. Even after jumping through hoops for our cooperate regulations, Kaleb, Talon, Nick, and Nate did a fabulous job. Even the training after everything was installed and adjusted was great. These folks know what they are doing. We are already talking of adding more cameras to our system. I can’t wait to get our next project to them and have more work done for our company at Westlake Pipe and Fittings. Thank you guys for everything.

I am extremely happy with the installation by Superior Technologies at our commercial shop. Kaleb helped us select the right camera system, door lock system, and cellphone booster to meet our specific needs. Pam and the office team maintained excellent communication and were always prompt in their responses. Additionally, Nick and Talon, the field technicians who installed and set up the equipment, were very clean, courteous, and accommodating. Moving forward, Superior Technologies will be my go-to for any low-voltage work, and I highly recommend them to others as well!
For starters, a super positive, Talon, the installer, showed up at EXACTLY 8:30 am, which is rare these days. Pam, who answered the phone, was awesome, polite, and helpful. Kaleb, who came to assess the house and give us an estimate, was thorough and pleasant to deal with and explained things easily. The installation was excellent (by Talon), he wired the house up perfectly, he was super nice and efficient, and took the time to answer any and all questions. He also cleaned up any messes that occurred during the installation (like drill dust, etc). If I could give more stars, I would in a heartbeat. If you’re looking for quality security at your home or business, these are definitely the guys to go with! I will 100% be calling them again for other services that they offer.

Used Superior to wire and install some outdoor speakers, outdoor volume controller, and then wired everything back to an indoor receiver (I provided the speakers and receiver). Great experience end to end. Scheduler got me a free estimate booked quickly with Kaleb. Kaleb was polite and helped me talk through a couple of options and actually pushed me towards the cheaper install option because he thought it was adequate (he was right). Install date was set a few weeks out. The installer, Talon, was also polite and made sure we had the installation details correct. He had a good eye for detail and the final product turned out really nice. He also did a great job cleaning up at the end of the job. Final bill was a good value for the parts and service. I will definitely call these guys back when it’s time to do other work at our house.
